Boarding Information and Precautions

Ticket Contents

  • Boarding fare between the designated pier ↔︎ Yumeshima Wharf
  • Bus transportation between Yumeshima Wharf ↔︎ First Transportation Terminal

    • *  Entrance tickets for the Expo venue are not included.

Upon Boarding

  • When boarding, please present your electronic boarding ticket (E-ticket) via your smartphone or tablet.
  • Your E-ticket can be accessed through the "Reservation Completion Email" sent after booking.
  • If you cannot present your E-ticket, boarding will generally not be permitted. Please ensure your E-ticket is ready in advance.
  • Customers utilizing a disability discount must present one of the following forms of identification upon boarding: Physical Disability Certificate / Rehabilitation Certificate / Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate / Nanairo ID (issued by Osaka City).
     * Please note, discounts will not be applied if the required documentation is not presented.

Precautions

  • Children aged 0-2 may board for free, with a maximum of one child per accompanying adult.
  • Eating and drinking onboard are prohibited. However, sealed beverages such as plastic bottles are permitted.
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the vessel, including electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products.
  • Changes to departure times, passenger numbers, or discounts after booking on the day of travel will not be accepted. Refunds will also not be provided if you miss the scheduled departure or bus, so please arrive with ample time.
  • There are no cloakrooms or storage spaces for large baggage onboard. For large items such as suitcases, please use nearby coin lockers. Additionally, please be aware that restrictions apply to large luggage within the Expo venue.

  • The indicated duration of the cruise is approximate and may vary due to traffic or operating conditions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations can be made free of charge until 12:00 PM, one day before the scheduled boarding. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted.
